Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Technical Implementation Managers,
providing mentorship and strategic direction
Establish and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency
and customer satisfaction during onboarding
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation
strategies with customer needs and product capabilities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or
customer success roles within SaaS or cybersecurity
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing
teams
Strong expertise in endpoint, cloud, and identity vendors such as
Carbon Black and Microsoft Azure
Demonstrated ability to create and scale processes for technical
onboarding and implementation
Exceptional organizational and strategic thinking skills
