recruitment strategy and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates through various channels and
collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Lead meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting plans and
build networks for diversified candidate pools
Track metrics and manage relationships with recruiting vendors to
support hiring objectives
Required Qualifications
5 years of functional recruiting experience in a high-growth
company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in building relationships with candidates in a global
business environment
Experience advising leaders on talent and managing full lifecycle
recruitment
Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and laws
