Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Outreach Specialist to
connect with Medicare beneficiaries and help them schedule
appointments with licensed agents.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to educate beneficiaries about available
Medicare benefits and schedule appointments with licensed
agents
Maintain high productivity and enthusiasm while engaging with
beneficiaries, addressing their needs, and overcoming
objections
Track daily tasks related to call follow-ups, appointment
scheduling, and participate in team meetings
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in Medicare telesales,
telemarketing, or customer service in a call center
Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other
languages
Experience meeting quotas in a telesales or call center role
Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office
suite
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
