Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Compiles and analyzes financial information for financial
statements and accounting reports, ensuring accurate journal
entries
Reviews and resolves discrepancies in budgets, revenue, expenses,
payroll entries, and invoices
Performs bank reconciliations, manages mortgage payments, and
coordinates accounting control procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or
related field from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance,
demonstrating knowledge of GAAP
Experience in analyzing financial data and preparing reports in
line with accounting and budgeting principles
Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated with strong time
management skills
