Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Income Tax Manager who will be
responsible for managing corporate income tax and providing
strategic tax advice.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure completeness and compliance on state and federal income tax
filings, including US international tax reporting
Manage income tax audits and negotiate settlements for the
company
Research new tax legislation and assist with transfer pricing
documentation requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or finance
CPA Certification
Ten years of tax experience, preferably with a mix of public and
corporate tax roles
Previous Big Four accounting experience
Experience with tax complexities in the telecommunications industry
is a plus
