Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, AI/ML Engineering to lead
and inspire their AI/ML team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four to eight AI engineers
Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define and
prioritize technical projects
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure
successful project completion
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development or data
science roles, with at least 5 in machine learning focused on
NLP
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams and managing
individual contributors
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product and
Engineering teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in information extraction, entity resolution, and entity
disambiguation
