Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Associate Engineer
(Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Apply network configurations to hardware and ensure connectivity
for installation
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during
customer onboarding
Manage system incidents, document issues, and perform routine
maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in technical support or IT roles, preferably
in the software industry
Solid understanding of network protocols and ability to configure
network hardware
Knowledge of wireless technologies and Linux-based commands
Familiarity with incident management tools and practices
