Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Certification Manager to
join their Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a comprehensive technical certification program,
including certification paths and exam content
Manage the technical certification lifecycle, including exam
development, delivery, and certification issuance
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning
materials and evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer
Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in developing and managing technical
certification programs in the technology industry
Strong understanding of technical certification principles and
methodologies
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Certification
Management Platforms
Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning
theory
