Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trials Delivery Manager to drive the
implementation of clinical trial tokenization for Life Science
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of tokenization solutions for
clinical trials, ensuring alignment with study objectives and
compliance requirements
Engage with clients to develop training and measurement plans,
providing guidance on tokenization strategies
Define key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
in tokenization processes across research sites
Required Qualifications
Understanding of the Life Sciences industry, particularly in
clinical development
Experience working with clinical operations stakeholders in life
sciences or contract research organizations
Prior experience in leading clinical trial engagements and project
management
Ability to manage project tasks, schedules, and risks in a
fast-paced environment
Continuous improvement mindset with experience in cross-functional
collaboration
