Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Integration Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams
on integrations and API issues
Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with
internal teams to find solutions
Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution,
including requirements, strategy, and testing
Required Qualifications
2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project
Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of API integrations
Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented
approach
Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite,
Workday, and SAP
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
