Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify up-sell and cross-sell business opportunities
in collaboration with account teams
Develop and implement capture strategies, win themes, and value
propositions for business retention and growth
Lead cross-functional teams to create comprehensive proposals and
monitor capture metrics for senior management updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of experience in business development, bid management, or
related roles
Experience with government procurements, preferably at the state
level
Demonstrated track record of capturing business
Knowledge of government Health and Human Service programs and state
healthcare market opportunities
