Management, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the
digital product strategy to drive business growth and enhance
customer experiences for our center directors, staff & families.
You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate
cross-functionally to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions
that align with company goals.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy &
Vision
- Define the digital product roadmap, through cross-functional
partnership that identifies & prioritizes new opportunities across
the organization.
- Lead customer research, market analysis, and competitive
benchmarking to refine concepts that will create sustainable value
for our families & organization.
- Establish yourself as a leader within the Digital
Transformational Initiative, being an active storyteller within the
organization, while driving best practices within the digital
program.Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital product
team.
- Partner with strategy, marketing, operations, design &
engineering to create & drive seamless product execution.
- Influence executive stakeholders by presenting data-driven
insights and recommendations.Product Development & Innovation
- Own an entire value stream, through the eyes of our key
consumers.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
and iteration.
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices for efficient
product delivery.
- Provide key product requirements to technical partners, while
aligning on technical solutions.
- Drive AI, automation, and emerging tech adoption to enhance
digital offerings.Business & Financial Impact
- Align product investments with P&L and revenue growth
objectives.
- Optimize pricing models, user engagement, and digital
monetization strategies.
- Establish KPIs to measure product performance and impact on
customer experience.Customer-Centric & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and A/B testing to
refine product offerings.
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring intuitive, seamless
digital experiences.
- Iterate based on feedback, ensuring continuous product
improvement and innovation.Prioritization & Resource Management:
- Collaborate with your team of Product Managers and across the
Product Team to prioritize feature development, guiding them in
making data-driven decisions that balance the needs of our
customers and stakeholders.
- Allocate resources effectively toward the right projects to
maximize the value created by the team.Stakeholder Management &
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between Product Owners,
Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure a shared
understanding of goals and alignment on priorities.Mentoring and
Guidance:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to your team of Product Owners,
helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in
their roles.Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting the successful delivery
of product commitments. Work proactively with business stakeholders
and technical partners to identify areas of risk early and
collaboratively develop solutions to mitigate those
risks.Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital product management, with at least 3+ years
in a leadership role.
- Proven experience scaling digital products in a fast-paced,
technology-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in agile development, data analytics, and
digital transformation.
- Experience working with engineering teams, UI/UX designers, and
go-to-market teams.
- Ability to influence executive leadership and translate
business goals into digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, cloud-based platforms,
and emerging technologies.Preferred Skills
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise digital
solutions.
- Experience in P&L ownership and financial planning for
digital product portfolios.
- Knowledge of customer experience (CX), digital marketing, and
