Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Coordinator - Mobile
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a Mobile Health van to assist patients with mobility or
transportation issues
Conduct basic assessments and facilitate virtual visits with
clinicians for referred patients
Perform nursing skills, including lab draws, while maintaining a
clean driving record
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's
degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years RN experience required, with at least 2 years in
a relevant specialty desired
Current VA RN license required; must maintain appropriate
certifications
BLS-HCP required within 1 year of hire; additional certifications
desired
Valid Virginia or state-specific driver's license required for
travel-related positions
