Job Description:

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support their growing team.



Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating employee records and coordinating with HR, IT, and Finance
Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate employee profiles and records, and responding to verification requests
Support employee engagement initiatives and provide administrative support to the HR team


Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a related role
Proficiency in HRIS platforms, with Paylocity experience preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience with tools such as Notion, Slack, or JIRA is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
