HR Operations Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an HR Specialist to join their HR Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure compliance requirements are met
Support leave of absence administration and serve as the primary point of contact for new hires
Assist in recruiting coordination by scheduling interviews and maintaining recruiting records

Qualifications:

2+ years of Human Resources experience in onboarding, HR operations, or recruiting coordination
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems; familiarity with UKG and Greenhouse preferred
Working knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and onboarding best practices
