Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business
goals
Address and resolve complex employee relations issues
Oversee the performance management process and talent acquisition
efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 15+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years
in a senior role
7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a
senior HRBP role
Experience in financial services and/or commercial real estate
preferred
Proficiency in Workday and workforce analytics tools is
important
