A company is looking for a Title Officer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality control checks on title examinations and report
trends to management
Conduct title searches and examinations for vacation ownership
properties across a broad geographic region
Abstract records and identify issues in title documentation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
4+ years of search and title examination experience
May require Title Agent License (as mandated by some states)
Familiarity with legal terms and guidelines
Strong MS skill set, especially in Excel
