Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a Program Supervisor in the Adult Behavioral Health division. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an HHS Supervisor 1 for our Substance Use Disorder and Gambling teams. This position plays a vital role in guiding program development, strengthening partnerships to enhance services across the County, and providing clinical and administrative supervision to our substance use and gambling counselors. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance service delivery. They will also work closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with community needs and regulatory standards while fostering a positive and supportive team environment. • Bachelor's degree and advanced training in a related field and five years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in program administration or supervision are required.
• Graduate-level course work and training may be substituted for up to two years' experience.
• Must be credentialed as a CADC II or IIIThe Candidate:The successful candidate must be able to do the following: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including ASM Dimensions, understand and adhere to ASAM levels of care, familiarity with Urine Analysis protocols and interpretation of results. Additionally, they will be a high-energy, mission-oriented leader who exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing who possesses excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, effective problem-solving skills, flexibility, and an ability to learn County policies and procedures quickly. They must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work and interact with staff, clients, and members of the public in a courteous, professional manner. Individuals with experience in human services management, a passion for public service, and a willingness to listen and learn from a diverse team are encouraged to apply.
