Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to support
individuals experiencing opioid dependence through the enrollment
process for telemedicine-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in
reducing opioid use through medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
Conduct phone intakes to collect health information, establish
treatment goals, and determine eligibility for services
Coordinate with care teams and maintain documentation within the
electronic health record (EHR) system
Required Qualifications and Training
1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Previous experience in a call center environment
Experience with insurance verification
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and customer
relationship management (CRM) systems
Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use
dependency is preferred
