Job Description:

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst who will investigate client issues and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities

Investigate client issues by analyzing symptoms and resolving level 1 issues
Answer inbound phone calls and chats, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
Create support tickets accurately and assist clients with their requests

Required Qualifications

2+ years' experience in a structured IT Support environment
3+ years' experience in Customer Service roles
1+ CompTIA certifications
Expert level knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
Experience with remote support tools and network diagnostic tools
