A company is looking for a Unified Communications Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software
systems
Set up new hires with necessary accounts and equipment, and manage
user access
Troubleshoot user access and desk phone issues, and assist with
various audit requests
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Basic understanding of computer hardware and network
technologies
General experience with VoIP telephony technologies
Ability to lift electronic equipment around 50lbs
Must be self-driven and capable of working independently
