Job Description:

Madden Industrial Craftsmen are experienced Journeyman Carpenters for short to long-term projects in both residential and commercial properties in the Salem area

All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.

Requirements:
--- Extensive working knowledge of power tools, equipment and various construction materials
--- Ability to read, interpret, and work from basic and routine sketches, blueprints, specifications
--- Ability to perform various levels of work: concrete, framing, dry wall\sheet rock, finish and rough carpentry

Qualifications:
--- 5 years of construction experience
--- Basic hand tools, drill gun and nail gun (options)
--- Have reliable transportation
--- Ability to work Monday through Friday and occasional overtime on Saturdays
--- Ability to climb stairs or ladders
--- Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking
--- Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds
--- Must be 18 years or older
