Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Consultant - Mapping/Modeling/Forecasting.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales pipelines and identify gaps to build resource models and process maps
Create strategies and models to enhance client onboarding and post-sales success
Optimize the deployment of Client Services workforce to meet external client needs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analyzing sales processes and resource allocation
Experience working for a SAAS company
Proficiency in using OpenAir and Salesforce
Experience in sales operations, including sales data analysis, mapping, and forecasting
Experience in capacity and headcount planning
