A company is looking for a Financial Director.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Financial Managers and ensure accurate financial reporting
and cash management
Manage client contractual service deliverables and maintain
relationships with clients' boards of directors
Resolve escalated accounting issues and recommend process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Accounting degree from a 4-year accredited college/university
Willingness to learn new software and relevant state
legislation
Experience in real estate, property management, or outsourced
accounting preferred
Hands-on experience with mid to upper-tier accounting software
Exceptional computer skills and advanced Excel skills
