A company is looking for a Director of LTD Claims.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the management and processing of complex LTD claims, ensuring timely and ethical practices
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality
Provide leadership and development opportunities for team members, including performance evaluations and feedback

Required Qualifications

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
7+ years of experience in Claims, predominantly in LTD claims
3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
