Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist, Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and submit claim documentation accurately and timely to the
claims team
Follow up with insureds to ensure all required documentation is
provided for claim processing
Provide phone coverage for claim inquiries and assist customers and
travel advisors as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
2 years of experience in a Customer Service role in Insurance or
Financial Services
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and
Teams
Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with claims, imaging, and workflow systems is
preferred
