Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processing Specialist - COBRA to work
remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming documentation and determine eligibility for
coverage elections
Process elections and enroll members in coverage while complying
with IRS regulations
Respond to inquiries and document transaction details
accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
Experience with COBRA Administration, Verification Services, and
Document Fulfillment is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and
Word
Understanding of information confidentiality and dedication to
customer service
Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude
