Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dental Account Executive to support
Middle Market sales offices in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed persistency goals for assigned territory
Build collaborative partnerships and maintain visibility among Tier
1 clients and brokers
Consult on renewals and assist with the rollout of new dental and
vision initiatives
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent related experience
5+ years of experience in dental benefits and proven healthcare
sales experience
Producer license required
Ability to work independently in a complex environment
Strong influence skills in a highly matrixed environment
