Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a development team while overseeing architectural
duties
Design and maintain scalable architectures for HubSpot solutions,
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure
quality and performance optimization
Required Qualifications and Training
Relevant qualification in computer science or software
engineering
Mid to senior-level experience in full-stack development with
technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python
At least 2 years of experience in team leadership roles
Proven ability to create technical briefs and project
implementation plans
Strong knowledge of development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and API
development
