Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and resolve calls from members, providers, and other
stakeholders
Issue authorizations and handle claim inquiries
Provide benefits information and process customer claims per
established policies
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; business-related college
courses preferred
Two years of customer service or call center experience
Two years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
preferred
Strong computer and technical skills for data entry
Understanding of the health insurance industry
